“I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness.” Jeremiah 31:3

I had a disturbing conversation with my mom the other day, a friend of hers took their own life; she was just 41 years old. The World Health Organization estimates that over one million people commit suicide every year. This is disturbing Saints. I was reminded of the Lord’s word, “that the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy.”(John 10:10) Suicide is Satan’s ultimate plan because suicide wipes you completely out of existence; there is no coming back from it. I share this with you not to bring you down but to give you hope because the scripture goes on to say, “That I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.” The message that has been placed in my heart is GOD IS HERE! The bible says, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18) There is no burden too heavy, no pain too great, no obstacle  He can’t overturn. GOD cannot and will not fail you (1Chron 28:20) because He loves you with an everlasting love.

Saints let us bind and break the plans of the enemy in the mighty name of Jesus. I remind you that God is your refuge and your fortress and I declare in the name of Jesus, that the “giants” in your life have fallen. It is important for us to pray for those who do not know God. Spread the word to those around you that God the Conqueror is Here and He fights for you! “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” (Psalm 30:5) That is God’s faithful promise to us. Amen and Amen.

Access to God

I am loved, saved, blessed, sanctified, at peace with God and covered in His grace. I am a child of God, an heir/heiress with a mighty inheritance. May these words flow through your lips loud enough for the world to hear, I encourage you to take this moment to celebrate being a child of God.

In the book of John, Jesus said that He came so that we may have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). Christ’s life, death and resurrection gave us access to that abundant life; it gave us access to God. During the days of the Old Testament our access to God was very limited, only the high priest was permitted to enter the Most Holy Place to meet directly with the Lord and this only took place once a year. Only the Hebrews were considered the sons and daughters of God.

Because of God’s grace all of that changed, because of His grace any person who calls on the name of God could be saved. Because of God’s grace every human being on Earth regardless of their sex, race or social class can be called a child of God. Thanks to God’s grace all who believe in Christ shall be counted as God’s righteous. It is because of God’s grace that we have full access to God, His mighty gifts and kingdom. God’s grace is abundant and amazing and the only one holding us back from it is ourselves.

Thank you Father God for your great love, your mercy and your grace. Thank you for giving each and every one of us full access to you and your heavenly kingdom. Today we celebrate your unconditional love for us and your amazing grace in Jesus name. Amen.
