No More Resolutions

NO MORE RESOLUTIONS!!!

I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” John 10:10

Happy New Year! It is 2011, a new year has begun and I thank you God for blessing us with a new year. Now I know it’s common to make New Year resolutions but usually by the month of March those resolutions are dead in the water so this year I challenge you to try something different. This year I challenge you to say no more resolutions, God give me a revelation!

God revealed to us in the Garden of Eden exactly what He wants us to do, God said in the book of Genesis, “Be fruitful and multiply.” (Genesis 1:28) The word fruitful is defined as, “abundantly productive”. This statement from God implies that He has already placed a seed within us. There is nothing on Earth more powerful than a seed because even the most smallest of seeds has the potential to be something great and mighty. Within every seed lies potential, purpose and power. Within every seed is the power to feed the hungry, heal the sick, bring warmth, build homes and multi-million dollar businesses. Within every seed is a gift from God waiting to be released. Instead of making a resolution, ask God to reveal to you the seed, the gift, and the vision that He has placed inside of you. Ask God to set you on the path that leads you to the abundant life that He desires for you.

I believe that 2011 will be the year of visions revealed, gifts released, desires granted and purpose and prophecy fulfilled.  I challenge you to say no more resolutions, Father God give me a revelation, reveal to me how to release the seed you placed in me so that I can be a part of the great works and great plans you have made for your people in this New Year. Father God I ask you this because I want to be that mighty seed that inspires and changes the world. God give me a revelation. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen.
